Facilitated discussion with City of Tulsa department representatives regarding the December 2021, Mayor‐Council Retreat Priority, "Improve Neighborhood Conditions", including but not limited to, a discussion on code enforcement and other beautification needs, current City strategies to address these issues, possible additional solutions or programs, and the budgetary impact of the same.
